  • 7-Day Refund Window
    • ReUnited offers refunds only if the request is made within 7 days of the subscription date.
    • The 7-day period includes the date of purchase.
    • Refund requests received after the 7-day window will not be eligible.
  • Eligibility Criteria
    • A refund will be processed only if:
    • The user submits a formal refund request through the ReUnited Support portal or registered email.
    • The request is raised within 7 days of subscribing.
  • Non-Refundable Conditions
    • Requests made after the 7-day period.
    • Partial refund requests for unused days or features.
    • Subscription cancellations initiated after 7 days.
  • Refund Processing
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
    • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Subscription Cancellation
    • Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds are provided after the 7-day period.
    • Access to premium features will continue until the end of the subscription cycle.
