7-Day Refund Window
ReUnited offers refunds only if the request is made within 7 days of the subscription date.
The 7-day period includes the date of purchase.
Refund requests received after the 7-day window will not be eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
A refund will be processed only if:
The user submits a formal refund request through the ReUnited Support portal or registered email.
The request is raised within 7 days of subscribing.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Requests made after the 7-day period.
Partial refund requests for unused days or features.
Subscription cancellations initiated after 7 days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds are provided after the 7-day period.
Access to premium features will continue until the end of the subscription cycle.
